Gurmit Singh, who has just celebrated his 60th birthday, resumes a personal journey to explore how one could continue leading a fulfilling life in one's golden years. In Japan, Gurmit visits an Ibasho, a community space combating the loneliness of elderly folks by creating a sense of belonging. His travels take him to Punjab, where he encounters a martial arts professional, who demonstrates how protecting one's community contributes to one's ageing well. He meets a Sikh man running a free community kitchen, showcasing how service fosters bonds within a community. He also meets a lady who has devoted her life to serving the needs of disadvantaged communities. In Singapore, he explores a community kitchen, run by seniors, to foster connections among seniors in the community. He also meets a band of seniors who play music as a way of giving back to society. Gurmit wraps up his journey with a screening of his short film; articulating his ideas on how he could make the most of life beyond 60.
